Listed Slate, Part Re-Cover & Leadworks
This listed property needed a sympathetic part re-cover of its natural slate roof, along with new hand-formed lead valleys and flashings to match the building's original character.
Working closely with the homeowner, our team carefully lifted and reset sound slates, replaced those beyond repair with a matching reclaimed slate, and dressed all new leadwork by hand — protecting the roof for decades to come without compromising its heritage appearance.

Flat Roof Replacement
An ageing flat roof had reached the end of its working life and started letting in water at several points. Rather than a temporary patch-up, the client asked us to replace it properly.

We stripped the roof back to deck, checked the timbers underneath for damage, and installed a new, fully watertight flat roofing system — completed in just a few days to keep disruption to a minimum.

Repair
Redundant Chimney Stack Removal
No longer in use and showing signs of deterioration, this chimney stack had become a maintenance liability — and a potential safety risk if left unaddressed.

We safely dismantled the stack down to roof level, made good the surrounding tiling and timbers, and fully weatherproofed the area, leaving a clean, watertight finish and one less thing for the homeowner to worry about.
